Guidelines for the implementation of the Wellbeing program for Junior Cycle as outlined by the NCCA:

The aim of the Wellbeing program is to equip students with vital life skills in order to enable them to be successful, confident and active participants in the community. In addition the program aims to support each student’s physical, emotional, mental and social wellbeing.
Currently the program will span the three years of the Junior Cycle and will amount to a total of 300 hours.
Dunamase College will implement this program by providing students with the following subjects / activities:
- SPHE and CSPE
- Religion
- Physical Enducation
- Guidance Councellor
- Short courses such as Philosophy
- The Amber Flag Committee
- The School Council
- Mindful Colouring
- Gratitude Wall
- Compliment Tree
- International Day of Happiness

An aidhm atá ag an gClár Folláine ná chun daltaí a sholáthar le scileanna atá riachtanach don saol ionas go mbeidh siad mar rannpháirtithe rathúla, muiníneacha agus gníomhacha sa phobal mórthimpeall orthu. Ina theannta cuidíonn an clár le forbairt folláine iomlán an dalta, sé sin folláine fisiciúil, mothúchánach, intinne agus sóisialta.
Faoi láthair déantar an clár thar trí bliana, sé sin 300 uair a chloig.
